MY TARIFF
We utilize the 400N Tariff with the exceptions listed below. All charges are from orgin to destination and include long carries, stairs, elevators and normal disassemble/assemble. In the case of any dispute(s) to these exceptions, the 400N Tariff will be the final authority. The 400N Tariff is produced by The American Moving & Storage Association, 1611 Duke Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, Tel:703.683.7410.
A. We charge $.50 per pound, minimum of 2500 pounds plus $.80 per mile.
B. Your household/office goods are insured automatically at $.60 per pound. You can purchase Full Value Potection up to $25,000 in addition to the above with this company.
Note: You can purchase more if requested within 48 hours of move.
Claims: You are given "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move in Texas" These bill of right are used in the state of Texas and is consistant with the federal rights, so we use these right for intrastate and interstate moves. The driver will provide you with a copy at destination and if he doesn't, demand it. If you feel you have damages the company caused, you can request a claims form from the company or you can request a claims form from the Texas Department of Transportation, Motor Carrier Division - BC, 125 E. 11th Street, Austin, Tx. 78701-2483. Tel:1-800-299-1700. You also can simply write it out on paper and mail it to the company for review, action, and compensation.
Law Suites: Any law suites against this company need to be brought to jurisdiction of Bexar County where this company do business.

2. Disassemble/assemble of Module Furniture (or furniture that require special tools) $85 per hour, minimum of one hour. Note: We are not responsible for particle board furniture in module form not disassembled, such as computer tables and desk.

5. Sitting in Transit.
We charge $6.00 per one hundred pounds per day. minimum of 1000 pounds.
6. Extra stops up to 50 miles is $44 per stop plus $.80 per mile.
7. Waiting time (7am to 6 Pm)
a. First two hours are free.
b. $85 per hour up to 6 pm each working day excluding Sundays, and Official Holidays.
D. Compensation for late pick-up and deliveries range from $50 to $125 per day paid back to the customer. Acts of God, terroist threat delays, strikes,detours,mechanical failure (driver has to show proof), picking up and delivering in and out of storages are not compensated back.
E. Methods of Payments:
1. Reservations = 10-20% of estimated move cost.
2. Remainder of cost is paid before unloading and can be paid by cash, cashier;s check, money order or major credit card (visa - mc - Amex - Disc)
