Local tariff for flat rate moves in and around San Antonio, Texas up to 50 Miles. Rate may be higher if there are excessive household goods.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SERVICES RENDERED
1. Extra boxes under 50 pounds = $2.50 per box. Extra boxes over 50 pounds = $5.00 per box.
2. Long carries over 75 feet = !0% of the total cost.
3. Large-screen televisions(42 inches or over), small console pianos,small console organs,satellite television or radio receiving disc/dishes, including mounts, stands and accessorial equipment = $61.00.
4. Large playhouses, doll houses, tool sheds, utility sheds, or animal kennels or houses (transported set-up, not dismantled: and bath tubs, hot tubs, spas, whirlpool baths and Jacuzzis, (transported set-up, not dismantled) = $121.00.
5. Spinet upright piano = $122.00.
6. Baby Grand Piano = $141.00.
7, Parlor Grand Piano = $160.
8. Safes (over 250 but less 1,000 pounds) = $.25 per pound.
9. Disassemble/assemble (except normal set-up) = $75 or $85 per hour plus materials.
10. Additional pick-ups and Deliveries = $44.00 per stop.
OPTION 2 ARE OUR HOURLY RATE WHICH CHANGE WITH HIGH AND LOW PEAK SEASON. (16 MAY THRU 30 SEPTEMBER IS HIGH PEAK SEASON) (1 OCTOBER THRU 14 MAY IS LOW PEAK SEASON)
1. Our hourly rates are $85 per hour during high peak season plus one time cost of $35.00 added to end of bill while working within loop 1604 or $55.00 when working outside loop 1604 up to 50 miles.
2. Our hourly rates are $75 per hour during low peak season. All other charges in 1 above remain the same.
Additional charges with hourly rates option
1. Very expensive items (pianos, organ, bstvs, and items over 1000 lbs)
2. Waiting time (for both options) = $75 or $85 per hour after 2 free hours.
FULL VALUE POTECTION CARGO INSURANCE
You already have $.60 per pound cover for any damages to your household goods; however we do provide additional protection up to $25,000 if you desire more potection. To get this added potection you must put it in writing and there is an additional charge for it. The mover will let you know the cost before moving. Third party insurance is available by logging onto my website and click the logo. You must obtain third party insurance before your your move.
